This product has changed my headstrong dog into a delightful companion. The days of multiple commands and only a possible reaction are gone. He now pays attention when I give a command and immediately reacts. I’ve only used the Zap function a couple of times when he got into potentially dangerous situations and even then it was at a very low level. What I find very useful is the vibrate function - he reacts to that as if I had a leash attached. It’s wonderful.
